The Peratoners Purchased the Property from the Papiani. From Then On, the Villa Was the Administration of a Modern and Vast Farm of These Times, of 47 Sharecropping Holdings, Scattered Over More Than Thousand of Hectares. In the Middle of the 19th Century, There Were Living 450 Persons. After the Beginning of the 20th Century, the Poggio Bartoli Estate Was a Laboratory of the New Rotation of Crops Standards and of Cattle-Breeding.
