8 AM. ALL WEEK AND WEEKEND BUT AFTER 8 AM METERS MUST BE FED.(3) THE HOTEL HAS A SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT WITH A SECURE CAR PARK VERY NEARBY FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING WHERE GUESTS MAY PARK FOR 1.50 PER NIGHT (PAID TO HOTEL) FROM 4 PM
