Maid and porter services are provided, and Dutch, Spanish and English are spoken. Many guests return to and recommend the hotel, a testament to the attentive service at excellent value on which the owners and friendly staff pride themselves. Smoking is permitted. The property has limited handicapped accessibility, and no lift. Within a 5-minute walk are the tube stations of Marble Arch, Baker Street and Bond Street, the shops on Oxford Street, and the attractions of Madame Tussauds, Planetarium, Hyde Park, Regents Park and Zoo, and restaurants to suit every taste. Rated 3 Diamonds by the English Tourist Board and the AA. Cancel Policy: You will receive a full refund if we receive your cancelation 48 Hours prior to your arrival date.
