MINIMUM NIGHT STAYReservations must be a minimum of two nights stay unless booked less than 28 days prior to date of arrival. AUGUST 2005DURING AUGUST THERE IS A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.OVER HOGMANAY THERE IS A MINIMUM NIGHT STAY OF FOUR NIGHTSBookings of 1 4 NightsAll reservations muct be confirmed by credit card. Reservations may be cancelled up to 1600hrs on the day prior to arrival. Cancellations after 1600 or non-arrival will result in one nights accommodation being charged. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. This charge will also apply to early departure without 24 hour prior notice.Bookings of 5 Nights or moreA 25% deposit (of total accommodation) is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Please note that during July, August, Hogmanay, Bank Holiday and Rugby International Weekends, there will be a minimum length of stay in place and full pre-payment will be required. The Cancellation Policy will be confirmed with your Reservation.There are no Pets allowed (with the exception of guide Dogs).If complaints arise or any disputes arise which give cause for disturbance, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice being given.The acceptance of your reservation confirms your acceptance of the above terms & conditions.
