The staff make every effort to make Forest Side somewhere to relax and de-stress. Our guests can enjoy walking around our grounds. Holding a much envied position on the lower slopes of Butter Crag, a short stroll down the sweeping private driveway from the hotel itself, lies Grasmere Village, Wordsworths inspiration, from the creative romantic, to the serious fell walker, there is a side of Grasmere that everyone can fall in love with. A credit card is required for a deposit. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the holiday will be taken on booking. Balance is due upon departure from the hotel.This hotel is non-smoking throughout.
