Enjoy our 14m heated indoor pool, children's splash pool, jacuzzi, steam room, well equipped gym and solarium. Or book an appointment with our qualified masseuse or reflexologist.We receive more compliments from guests about our food than anything else. The Waterloo offers so many choices. Our traditional Welsh Restaurant uses the finest local ingredients including black beef, lamb and seafood. Our cellar offers and excellent selection of wine or beer to accompany your meal.Children's menus are available everywhere we offer food. Swimming pool and children pool will be closed for essential repairs on 31st March, 1st April and 2nd April. The Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gymnasium will be open as normal.00 per person deposit required to confirm bookings.Deposit are non refundable, however in the case of cancelled bookings the deposit will be held for a maximum period of 3 months from the original arrival date. Payment by business cheques are to authorized before arrival.Should you need to cancel your reservation please ensure that the hotel receives 72hrs notice to avoid cancellation fee being incurred.We advise rooms will be available from 2.30 pm on arrival day. Late arrivals after 11pm must be advised to reception before arrival.Guests are requested to vacate and settle all accounts by 10.30am on departure date.
