ESA Dallas-Las Colinas-Green Park is an extended stay hotel offering studios and suites. All rooms include fully equipped kitchens. Interior corridors with smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. The hotel is three stories high with two elevators. Other features include three guest laundry rooms, an exercise room, and a beautiful outdoor pool.Pets Allowed:One pet is allowed per guest room.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
