Other features to enhance your stay include DVD/CD and VCR players, Hunter ceiling fans, TV's in each bedroom and the living room, fully furnished kitchens, cordless phones, skylights, double sinks in the master bath, and stacks of good books, CD's and VCR movies. Guests at Desert Princess Country Club have access to the club's 2 championship golf courses (including one PGA rated), a fully stocked pro shop, driving range, 2 putting greens, and clubhouse with dining room and bar. A beverage cart also circulates thourghout the grounds. The tennis clubhouse overlooks 8 tournament style tennis courts, including 5 lighted. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded back to the guest only if the unit is re-rented, minus a $95 processing fee, and any associated costs of re-renting the unit including commissions and cleaning fees. Cancellation must be in writing at the address listed and acknowledged by Vacation Depot. Cancellation processing fee is charged, regardless of the cancellation policy.
